Path4PDE employs the maturity curve as a strategic monitoring tool to evaluate the progress of the Region of Western Greece. This tool, along with its methodology, is provided by the Pathways2Resilience (P2R) project. It is based on the comprehensive P2R detailed self-assessment questionnaire, which includes 179 statements encompassing the various Regional Resilience Journey (RRJ) Steps and Phases, the Climate Resilience Investment Plan, and Key Enabling Conditions. Responses are recorded using a 5-point Likert scale, ranging from “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree”.

Scores were calculated across the different RRJ Steps and Phases, the Climate Resilience and Investment Plan (CRIP), the Key Enabling Conditions (KEC), and, finally, an aggregated overall score that incorporates all statements in the questionnaire. These scores represent the "starting point" of the Region’s resilience journey. It will be highly insightful to observe how this progress unfolds over the next 18 months!
